【摘要】:Electricalinsulationsystemsandmaterialsmaybetestedusingconstantstresstestsinwhichtimestobreakdownaremeasuredforanumberoftestspecimens,andprogressivestresstestsinwhichbreakdownvoltagesmaybemeasured.Ineithercase,itwillbefoundthatadifferentresultisobtainedforeachspecimenandthat,forgiventestconditions,thedataobtainedmayberepresentedbyastatisticaldistribution.Thisguidedescribes,withexamples,statisticalmethodstoanalyzesuchdata.Thepurposeofthisguideistodefinestatisticalmethodstoanalyzetimestobreakdownandbreakdownvoltagedataobtainedfromelectricaltestingofsolidinsulatingmaterials,forpurposesincludingcharacterizationofthesystem,comparisonwithanotherinsulatorsystem,andpredictionoftheprobabilityofbreakdownatgiventimesorvoltages.Methodsaregivenforanalyzingcompletedatasetsandalsocensoreddatasetsinwhichnotallthespecimensbrokedown.Theguideincludesmethods,withexamples,fordeterminingwhetherthedataisagoodfittothedistribution,graphicalandcomputer-basedtechniquesforestimatingthemostlikelyparametersofthedistribution,computer-basedtechniquesforestimatingstatisticalconfidenceintervals,andtechniquesforcomparingdatasetsandsomecasestudies.ThemethodsofanalysisarefullydescribedfortheWeibulldistribution.SomemethodsarealsopresentedfortheGumbelandlognormaldistributions.Alltheexamplesofcomputer-basedtechniquesusedinthisguidemaybedownloadedfromthefollowingwebsite“http://grouper.ieee.org/groups/930/IEEEGuide.xls.”Methodstoascertaintheshorttimewithstandvoltageoroperatingvoltageofaninsulationsystemarenotpresentedinthisguide.Mathematicaltechniquescontainedinthisguidemaynotapplydirectlytotheestimationofequipmentlife.
