【摘要】:ISO20282-1:2006providesrequirementsandrecommendationsforthedesignofeasy-to-operateeverydayproducts,whereeaseofoperationaddressesasubsetoftheconceptofusabilityconcernedwiththeuserinterfacebytakingaccountoftherelevantusercharacteristicsandthecontextofuse.ISO20282-1:2006isintendedtobeusedinthedevelopmentofeverydayproducts,forwhichitdefineseaseofoperation,explainswhichaspectsofthecontextofusearerelevant,anddescribesthecharacteristicsoftheintendeduserpopulationthatmayinfluenceusability.TheintendedusersofthispartofISO20282-1:2006areusabilityspecialists,ergonomists,productdesigners,interactiondesigners,productmanufacturersandothersinvolvedinthedesignanddevelopmentofeverydayproducts.ISO20282-1:2006isapplicabletomechanicaland/orelectricalproductswithaninterfacethatausercanoperatedirectlyorremotelytogainaccesstothefunctionsprovided.Theseproductsfallintoatleastoneofthefollowingcategories:consumerproductsintendedforsomeorallofthegeneralpublicwhicharebought,rentedorused,andwhichmaybeownedbyindividuals,publicorganizations,orprivatecompanies;consumerproductsintendedtobeacquiredandusedbyanindividualforpersonalratherthanprofessionaluse(e.g.alarmclocks,electrickettles,telephones,electricdrills);walk-up-and-useproductsthatprovideaservicetothegeneralpublic(suchasticket-vendingmachines,photocopyingmachines,fitnessequipment);productsusedinaworkenvironment,butnotaspartofprofessionalactivities(e.g.acoffeemachineinanoffice);productsincludingsoftwarethatsupportsthemaingoalsofuseoftheproduct(e.g.aCDplayer).ThispartofISO20282isnotapplicabletothefollowing:purelyphysicalproductswithoutaninteractiveuserinterface(suchasajugorahammer);productswhereappearanceorfashionisthemaingoal(suchasawatchwithnomarkings);productsrequiringspecialisttraining,specificskillsand/orprofessionalknowledge(suchasamusicalinstrumentoracar);standalonesoftwareproducts;productsintendedtobeusedforprofessionalactivitiesonly.
