【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesacomprehensivebasisforthecollectionofReliabilityandMaintenance(RM)datainastandardformatintheareasofdrilling,production,refiningandtransportbypipelineofpetroleumandnaturalgas.ThisInternationalStandardpresentsguidelinesforthespecification,collectionandqualityassuranceofRMdata,facilitatingthecollectionofRMdata.Thedatawillenabletheusertoquantifythereliabilityoftheequipmentandtocomparethereliabilityofequipmentwithsimilarcharacteristics.Byanalysingthedata,reliabilityparameterscanbedeterminedforuseindesign,operationandmaintenance.However,thisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletothemethodofanalysisforRMdata.ThemainobjectivesofthisInternationalStandardare:a)tospecifythedatatobecollectedforanalysisof:—systemdesignandconfiguration;—safety,reliabilityandavailabilityofsystemsandplants;—lifecyclecost;—planning,optimizationandexecutionofmaintenance.b)tospecifydatainastandardizedformatinorderto:—permitexchangeofRMdatabetweenplants,owners,manufacturersandcontractors;—ensurethatRMdataareofsufficientqualityfortheintendedanalysis.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoallequipmenttypesusedinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustry,suchasprocessequipment(usedononshoreandoffshoreinstallations),subseaequipment,well-completionequipmentanddrillingequipment.InannexAseveralexamplesareincluded.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletodatacollectedintheoperationalphase.DuetothevarietyofdifferentusesforRMdata,itisstressedthat,foreachdatacollectionprogramme,attentionshouldbegiventotheappropriatelevelofdatarequired.NOTEItisrecognizedthattostrengthenthegoalofthisInternationalStandard,anormativereferencedetailingallthetaxonomycodesforeachoftheseequipmentclassesisappropriate.However,sincenocomprehensivetaxonomylistingcoveringallequipmentclassesexistsatthetimeofpublicationofthisInternationalStandard,asampleoftaxonomiesforprocessequipment,subseaequipment,well-completionequipmentanddrillingequipmentiscontainedininformativeannexA.
