【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,manufactureandsupplyofmechanicalpresseswithpartrevolutionclutchhereinaftercalledpresseswhichareintendedtoworkcoldmetalormaterialpartlyofcoldmetal.NOTEThedesignofamachineincludesthestudyofthemachineitself,takingintoaccountallphasesofits“life”,i.e.construction,transportandcommission(includingassembly,installationandadjustment),use(includingsetting,teaching/programmingorprocesschangeover,operation,cleaning,faultfindingandmaintenance)anddecommissioning,dismantlingand,asfarassafetyisconcerned,disposal,andthedraftingoftheinstructionsrelatedtoallabove-mentionedphasesofthe“life”ofthemachine(exceptconstruction),dealtwithitin6.5ofENISO12100-2:2003.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardalsocoverspresses,whoseprimaryintendeduseistoworkcoldmetal,whicharetobeusedinthesamewaytoworkothersheetmaterials(suchascardboard,plastic,rubberorleather),andmetalpowder.1.3Therequirementsinthisstandardtakeaccountofintendeduse,asdefinedin3.22ofENISO12100-1:2003.Thisstandardpresumesaccesstothepressfromalldirections,dealswiththehazardsduringthevariousphasesofthelifeofthemachinedescribedinclause4,andspecifiesthesafetymeasuresforboththeoperatorandotherexposedpersons.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardalsoappliestoancillarydeviceswhichareanintegralpartofthepress.Thisstandardalsoappliestomachineswhichareintegratedintoanautomaticproductionlinewherethehazardsandriskarisingarecomparabletothoseofmachinesworkingseparately.1.5ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovermechanicalpresseswithfullrevolutionclutch.1.6ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovermachineswhoseprincipaldesignedpurposeis:a)sheetmetalcuttingbyguillotine.b)attachingafastener,e.g.riveting,staplingorstitching;c)bendingorfolding;d)straightening;e)turretpunchpressing;f)extruding;g)dropforgingordropstamping;h)compactionofmetalpowder;i)singlepurposepunchingmachinesdesignedexclusivelyforprofiles,e.g.fortheconstructionindustry.1.7ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesperformanceparametersandmethodsofinspectionofmechanicalshock-testingmachinesandgivesguidelinesfordescribingtheircharacteristics.Itisintendedtoensurethatthepotentialuserofaparticularshock-testingmachineisprovidedwithanadequatedescriptionofthecharacteristicsofthemachine,andalsotogiveguidanceontheselectionofsuchmachines.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotheshock-testingmachinesthatareusedfordemonstratingorevaluatingtheeffectofshockconditionsrepresentativeoftheserviceenvironmentinaccordancewiththerelevantpartofIEC60068andalsofordiagnostictesting.Thepurposeoftheshocktestistorevealmechanicalweaknessand/ordegradationinspecifiedperformance.Itcanalsobeusedtodeterminethestructuralintegrityofatestspecimenorasameansofqualitycontrol.Machinesusedforsimulationofearthquakes,sonicbooms,explosionsandimplosions,burstingtests,metalworking,forming,etc.arenotcoveredinthisInternationalStandard.Severaltechniquesforgeneratingthedesiredshockmotionarediscussed.Bothsimple-pulseandcomplextransientscanbeproduced.Thesimulationoftransientscanbeachievedbycontrolofthetestwithaspecifiedshock-responsespectrum.NOTE1AnnexAgivesadescriptionofpulse-shapingdevices.AnnexBdefinesmethodsofapplicationoftheshockresponsespectra.AnnexCconsidersamethodofevaluatingthepossibilityofusingavibrationgeneratorforproducingashockpulse.AnnexesDandEdealwiththemethodsofmeasurementofsomecharacteristicsininspectionmethods(orprocedures)ofshock-testingmachines.NOTE2Characteristicsofvibration-generatingequipmentarecoveredinISO5344,ISO6070andISO8626.
