【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesamethodformeasuringtheresponseofmaterials,productsandassembliesexposedinverticalorientationtocontrolledlevelsofradiantheatingwithanexternaligniter.Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminetheignitability,heatreleaserates,masslossrates,andvisiblesmokedevelopmentofmaterials,productsandassembliesunderwellventilatedconditions.Theheatreleaserateisdeterminedbymeasurementoftheoxygenconsumptionasdeterminedbytheoxygenconcentrationandflowintheexhaustproductstreamasspecifiedin11.1.Smokedevelopmentisquantifiedbymeasuringtheobscurationoflightbythecombustionproductstream.Specimensareexposedtoheatingfluxesrangingfrom0kW/mto50kW/m.Hotwiresareusedastheignitionsource.Thistestmethodhasbeendevelopedformaterial,productorassemblyevaluations,mathematicalmodellinganddesignpurposes.Thespecimenaretestedinthicknessesandconfigurationsrepresentativeofactualendproductorsystemuses.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthematerials,design,constructionandpropertiesofatestsurfaceinordertominimizeintersitevariationinvehiclenoisemeasurements.Inparticular,thesurfacedesigngiveninthisInter-nationalStandardwill—producerelativelylowlevelsoftyre/roadnoiseunderawiderangeofoperatingconditionsinclud-ingthoseappropriatetovehiclenoisetesting;—providenegligibleabsorptionofnoisefromthevehicle'spowerunitandrelatedsources;—beconsistentwithgeneralroad-buildingpractice(seeannexB).AlthoughthisInternationalStandardhasbeendevel-opedparticularlyforusewiththeISO362andISO7188testprocedures,itcanbeusedforvehiclenoisetestinggenerallywhereitisdesirabletoachievealowleveloftyre/roadnoiseduringthetest.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnottakeintoaccounttheinfluenceontyre/roadnoiseofpurelytyre-relatedparameterssuchastyreconstruction,treadpattern,inflationpressureandtyreloading.Itfollowsthatsincethesurfaceisnotintendedtoproducesignifi-canttyre/roadnoiselevels,itisnotparticularlyde-signedforthetestingandcomparisonoftyre/roadnoise.
