【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestonewelectricaccessiblegoodsonlyliftswithtractionorpositivedriveandnewhydraulicaccessiblegoodsonlylifts,permanentlyinstalledinrestrictedareasand/oronlyusedbyauthorisedandinstructedpersons(users),servingfixedandpermanentlandinglevels,havingaloadcarryingunitmadeofasingleloadcarryingarea,designedforthetransportationofgoodsonly,movingalongafixedpath(e.g.scissorlifts,liftswithguiderails)andinclinednotmorethan15°tothevertical,withratedspeednotexceeding1m/s.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversaccessiblegoodsonlyliftswithratedloadexceeding300kgandnotintendedtomovepersons.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventswiththeexceptionofthoselistedin1.3below,relevanttoaccessiblegoodsonlylifts,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).
